32. Verordnung zur Durchführung des Bundes-Immissionsschutzgesetzes (Geräte- und Maschinenlärmschutzverordnung - 32. BImSchV)

"If the declaration of conformity is not in german language, a copy of a german translation has to be attached." (§3 32. BImSchV)

manufacturer's information duties

The manufacturer or his authorised representative has to give a copy of the daclaration of conformity to the country's competent authority as well as to the European Commission.

The european requirement can be fulfilled by registering at the Noise Database .
