§ 1 Information about collection of personal data
(1) Apart from our Web service we provide a mobile app you can download to your mobile device. This document is about the collection of your data when you are using the app. Personal data are all data that can be used to identify you, such as name, address, email-addresses or user behaviour.

(3) When contacting us via email or a contact form, your email address and, if you choose to provide it, name and/or telephone number will be stored to answer your questions. We delete data collected in this context when it is not longer necessary to store it, or, we are obliged by law to store data for a certain time, we restrict our use of it.
§ 2 Your Rights
(1) You have the following rights concerning your personal data collected by us:
- Right of Access
- Right of Rectification and Erasure,
- Right to restrict processing,
- Right to object against data use,
- Right of transferability of requested data.
(2) You also have the right to complain to the national data protection authority or to the federal officer for data protection and freedom of information (BfDI) according to Art. 77 GDPR
§ 3 Collection of personal data when using our app
(1) When downloading the app, the necessary data are collected by the app stores, these are especially user name, email address account number, time of download, possibly payment data and your mobile device identification number. We cannot change or take resposibility for the app store's data policy. We will use this data only for the purpose of offering the app for download to your device.
(2) When the app communicates with the backend on our servers the following data is stored in log files:
- date and time of access
- URL of access
- access status
- browser and operating system used
- complete IP address of the client device
- amout of data traffic
The IP addresses are truncated after no more than 7 days or anonymized to domain level, making it impossible to identify an individual user.
Log files are deleted from the servers after no more than 30 days.
We collect this personal data to enable the app's functions. If you choose to use the app, we collect the data that is technically necessary to offer these functions safely (legal basis: Art. 6 Par. 1 S. 1 lit. f GDPR)
(4) The app does not use cookies.
